Right now, at this current date (April 14, 2020) real estate all over the nation is at a stand still because of the "fear" of this damn corona virus. I understand that the numbers of those dying from the common flu are down and those numbers have been added to the number of corona virus deaths. Emergency hospitals in Washington state are coming down for lack of patients. The governor of this state who has never ran a "bingo" game in her life, who is just a political shill for the Nancy Pelosi arm of the democratic party, has the state locked down tighter than a drum and so does the "new" Mayor of Las Vegas. Every life is a valuable life but there has to be some balance here. I am looking to the day we are emancipated and told, "Go to work, my sheeple."
